Care guide

Keep every finish looking new.

A little regular care keeps handles, locks and fittings looking their best for years.

Everyday cleaning

Wipe handles and fittings with a soft cloth dampened with water and a little mild soap, then dry them with a clean cloth.

Things to avoid

Keep away from abrasive pads, scouring powders, bleach and acidic cleaners, which can dull or scratch a finish.

Polished and plated finishes

Use a soft microfibre cloth to remove fingerprints. Dry water spots quickly, especially in bathrooms.

Brass and warm metals

Natural tones can deepen over time. A dry soft cloth keeps them even; ask us before using any polish.

Smart locks and electronics

Clean keypads and sensors with a dry or barely damp cloth. Never spray liquid directly onto the lock.
